2017 Continuing Education

*Credits cannot be offered until Crittenden Conferences, Inc. has been granted Provider Approval and Course Approval from the state in which credits were requested/applied for. Credits cannot be guaranteed until rosters have been approved by the states (which happens after the conference) in which Crittenden Conferences, Inc. are approved as providers and the courses are approved.

MCLE - Mandatory Continuing Legal Education
Crittenden is APPOVED to provide up to 4.5 hours of CLE credits in the State of Kansas. 
     Kansas  - once approved in Kansas the following states will issue CLE credits based on the reciprocating rule: Colorado, Florida and New York.
For more details on the Approved Jurisdiction rule. Please visit the website of your home state to check reciprocity rules. If your state does not reciprocate based on the approved jurisdiction rules, you can request that Crittenden apply for CLE credits in your state no later than 90 days prior to the conference. Conferences, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:

Learning Objectives/completion of the conference and/or conference sessions will allow attendees the following (but will not be limited to):

  • Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in commercial real estate finance, in addition to understanding client selection and diversification in portfolios in the current market and for 2018 and beyond.
  • Have an understanding of current trends in construction lending, including the current state of the market, hypothesizing the future of lending standards and retail construction, how company underwriting impacts lenders and developers, and how the current lending environment changes legal perspective.
  • Knowing bridge financing as it pertains to delineation and construction, views on CLO market, exit strategies, asset class and geographical market concerns, and the future of retail with conversions to health care component properties.
  • Have an understanding of what to expect for equity in 2018, and its property types, returns, deal types, and forecasting for the next two to five years.
